A method of instinctive self-defense


Introduction.
All history of mankind - history of a survival during the various periods of development of a society. It concerns and to the period of infinite wars, and by rather peace civilized period the Modern person not the hothouse essence, which life completely depends on a condition of the technical progress, the comfortable habitation, products in shop, etc. It first of all result of long struggle for existence, as a result of which each person living in this world, has received all necessary qualities to be the winner in the life. It is necessary to feel only it in itself.
The purpose of the given book - to show one of possible methods of preparation for reflection of a physical attack in a daily life.

General provisions
The method of instinctive self-defense has arisen on the basis of long-term practice of employment by hand-to-hand fight and various kinds of single combats, first of all a ju-jitsu and sambo-wrestling. Our pupils, basically professional security guards, workers of power departments and the sportsmen achieved certain successes in struggle, boxing, karate, repeatedly applied this technics. Conditions of application were various: at detention of dangerous criminals and mentally abnormal people frequently armed; for neutralization of an attack and detention of drunk hooligans; for reflection of unexpected attacks in the street and in premises; in jails (from prison and from poorness); during military conflicts in territory of the former USSR, etc. Then the technics has been adapted and for the usual people which not engaged professionally and have been not protected by an accessory to power or kriminalnym to structures.
The principles, based a method, are not what that revolutionary, they for a long time are known and based many schools of hand-to-hand fight. The same concerns and to concrete techniques. Even known masters have not thought up something essentially new in art of self-defense for the last one thousand years, and have simply allocated separate principles and technics for itself, that was effective in their execution and was then is successfully realized by pupils of their schools.
In conditions of a stressful situation the person starts to operate instinctively. Thus it is not capable to do complex movements. Its movements can be only simple, based on 2-C technical elements and should correspond to actions of the person in a daily life of a house, in the street, on work.
To win, it is necessary to emphasize for three moments:
1. You should not be a victim which is protected. You - an aggressor, you attack, even if you thus escape or are pulled out from fatal capture.
It is the important point. Before fight everyone solves for itself(himself) - the winner it or lost.
2. At the moment of an attack it is necessary to begin movement (action) at once. Let even these movements not always will be rational and optimum for the given attack, but they should be.
3. The technics is natural and based on those movements which are used by the person in a daily life. The technics should be based on the minimal number " basic receptions " then she will be instinctive. At the same time this technics should guarantee protection against any attack (certainly, within the limits of a reality) and to enable uses of any weapon.
The strong stress (fear, anger, pleasure) can cause a birth of superforce in the person (due to mobilization of internal reserves), and can and completely hold down them, i.e. the person to become either the hunter, or the hidden victim. The third it is not given we Shall try to become the hunter. First the following exercise. Sharply to stir up hands and simultaneously to make a sharp exhalation which can be accompanied by shout during 1 sek. It is necessary to achieve a natural powerful continuous exhalation (shout). After such action of a muscle during 6-7 sek, can work in the forced mode. It is an input in fighting condition (FC). Then muscles come back in an initial condition and it is necessary to repeat this reception for maintenance FC. FC is a basis of fight.
Further in BS it is possible to learn to do an input in different variants. Or it is practically imperceptible for associates, or on the contrary to accompany frightening shout such as " I Shall kill! ". It individually. But always practically instantly.
The input in FC should become the beginning and a part of your protective technical action. Any working off of concrete technics (for example, protection against impact by a hand or capture of a throat) each time begins with FC. If you ten times have thrown the partner on a floor on training also ten times we enter in FC. Also remember to win, it is necessary to be stronger than the enemy on all parameters and to be beaten off, it is possible to be weaker physically and technically, but to surpass its strength of mind. It is necessary to consider always, that you are stronger than the opponents and to be the hunter or an aggressor.

 

A simple method of self-defense
From practice many cases when in fight there was the winner the one who at all had no concept about impacts and throws are known, but at the moment of an attack started to run and randomly continuously to beat hands, legs, a head, to be scratched, bite and shout, i.e. completely operated naturally, spontaneously, giving an output outside to the skills of a survival incorporated by many previous generations. If the opponent is not ready to such actions of "lunatic" it will lose.

We shall wake the protective reflexes.
1. An input in FC, and together with shout, jurgon or it is simple hissing, bend down a head and start to beat continuously by air palms with scratching movement by fingers, elbows and short kicks by foots and kneeses. Thus run randomly on a circle in diameter of 2-4 m. Try to hold on 5-7 sek in such mad rate as though beat off from a plenty of bees. The trajectory of impacts not so is important. The main thing, that these impacts would be short enough.
2. Then add here jumping down and turnings on the ground on all directions, soft falling, drivings on a floor, with attempts to dump the imagined opponent and jumping.

Let your partner now attacks in any way. While without the weapon. Escape, though on one step. Then, having bent down a head and having closed her run and you should beat and kick, beat and kick as soon as that did, and again escape. Here you also have received rough, primitive, but effective system of self-defense. A parity of impacts and other technical actions any way, as conveniently. For training necessarily work in boxing gloves; then be overcome without gloves, trying to grasp for a throat to kick and bite, and, certainly, to run about jerky on 10-30 meters. If conditions this technics is good for trying in water allow. Similar actions are made with the sinking people, not able to float (the same protective actions).
Specially illustrations to are not led this technics because she is strictly individual. You should operate how conveniently to you and as you count that it correctly. I.e. it only your personal experience.
Under certificates of those who was at war, the present soldiers become for some days of fights. Or become never. For such short time it is impossible to get steady reflexes, it is possible "to pull out" only from itself that is saved up by ancestors in the former wars. In stressful situations mastering of technics of hand-to-hand fight goes almost instantly. When in fight you will spend successfully first time any technics next time this action is done automatically. Therefore your training should contain such stressful situations and to supervise the FC and for effective mastering technics.
When the partner canes or a knife, we shall make shuttle movement, jumping aside from the opponent and forcing down a forearm its impact, itself to kick in a groin, a shin and to make scratching impact on eyes a hand and there and then to escape. On training you quickly estimate the forces and will understand, when it is necessary to beat when to run.


The concept of fight
The basic purpose of self-defense, it first of all itself to remain the whole and safe, instead of to break to someone a hand or a leg. Therefore fight which was not is the won fight. It is necessary to get rid of complexes, that you will look not as heroes of film-insurgents and that associates can think of you. Remember, that everyone look at you your eyes.
As one step FC proceeds approximately 6-7 sek and with the opponent this time is necessary to finish. It is really necessary to train for 2-5 sek to put the opponent out of action. In fight there are only two kinds of actions: - you will run against the opponent, continuously attacking, or you escape from it (but, all the same, you thus are an aggressor, instead of protected). Fight is always run. You do not want to run - you will lay. It is the primitive rough truth of hand-to-hand fight.
Fight is broken into steps, each step is an input and deduction FC. Sometimes on one opponent enough one step, sometimes is required some steps, sometimes one step suffices on 2-C opponents. It is necessary to remember, that with each new step it is more difficult to reach FC.
The technical arsenal includes first of all impacts, then pushes and throws, suffocating receptions and on last place - painful receptions. For a choice of a technical arsenal performance of the following requirements is necessary:
1. The opponent should be put reliably out of action, irrespective of its physical data for 2-5 sek.
2. Technical actions should not be a source of a trauma for the most protected. Therefore if hands and legs are insufficiently trained (and it to concern to the majority of people) it is better to beat the basis of a palm, an elbow and pjatkoj, instead of a fist or an edge stops.
3. All technical actions should be carried out in rate of run.
4. The technics should not vary essentially, when at you or in hands at the opponent - the weapon.
Your opponents whom always a little, and each of which surpasses or, as a last resort, does not concede to you in force, define your tactics of fight - run. And tactics causes your technics. Therefore from the most part of technics who is successfully applied in sports, it is necessary to refuse.


Requirements to physical preparation
Clearly, that the the person is stronger, the it has more than chances to win. Any fulfilled reception or impact is first of all the turned out force in the given movement. When speak, that at the fighter good technics it means that the fighter in a condition to lead the action in conditions of strong physical and psychological pressure, instead of simply to show gymnastic exercise.
Requirements to power preparation especially individual. Really to estimate (lost-free for you) it is possible only in sparringe. Your forces should be enough that the partner could not convince you, that you not an aggressor, and a victim. The minimal power preparation it when a nucleus flies for 10-11metres (it enough for a knockout, impact to a head a hand) and 32 kg the weight does not force to be warped you here and there. Well and certainly run. Always it is possible to escape and win fight. But besides is individually. To you to solve, what is necessary force.
The person who is strongly tired (not important why, from run, fight or it is simple from a life) does not possess an instinct of self-preservation. It is necessary to remember it.
