principles of certifications, rank curriculum, promotion
and belt testing on Combat Ju-Jutsu
General provisions
- Certification and examination on a degree on Combat
Ju-Jutsu is spent by international organization CJJIF,
since a masterful degree of 1-st Dan. All certifications
and examination are spent by the commission of masters
and affirm certification committee of CJJIF. Certifications
and examinations of masters are spent on the approved
(confirmed) procedure on the basis of the principles
Combat Ju-Jutsu most full reflecting essence and applicability
of ancient fighting art of professional worriers-Samurais.
The purpose of the given system of certifications and
examination CJJIF - an establishment of uniform principles
of qualification of masters Combat Ju-Jitsu on the basis
of their professional level, conformity of their technological
level to high requirements of standards CJJIF, to a
recognition of their professional merits on education
of pupils Combat Ju-Jutsu and developments Combat Ju-Jutsu
in the regions and in the world as a whole.
The order of promotion of the master on the next masterful
degree - Promotion of the master on assignment to him
the next masterful degree occurs by application in written
form from national federation or school/club or from
initiative group of the masters, capable to give the
recommendation to the given master, to address of education
& certification committee of CJJIF. The given application
is registered(recorded) in appropriate way, is placed
for consideration and the statement of CJJIF and, in
case of the positive decision, to the master time and
a place of forthcoming certification or examination
is appointed (nominated). On the given decision to the
certified master it is informed by the missive of office
CJJIF.
Certifying commission - always the joint body
consisting of operating(working) masters Combat Ju-Jutsu,
physically present on certification. Recommendations
- the signed references of masters Combat Ju-Jutsu in
support and with approval of certification of the master
on the maximum(supreme) degrees.
Principles of carrying out of certification / certifications
CJJIF. Certifications / examination are spent on the
basis of and by way of, described below on several main
principles:
- Demonstration tehnics of Combat Ju-Jutsu
- Demonstration of a personal technical complex
- Ability to conduct repeated fights by rules Combat
Ju-Jutsu in three basic categories (Kumite, Randori
and Ne Waza)
- Ability to show invulnerability and the control over
passage of a circle-self-defense against several contenders
- Ability to conduct fight against several, equal on
a level, opponents
- Possession of theoretical bases and principles Combat
Ju-Jutsu, philosophies and to improving systems
- Time of training Combat Ju-Jutsu
- Achievements in sport at official competitions on
Combat Ju-Jitsu
- Achievements as trainer Combat Ju-Jutsu
- Achievements as the trainer-adviser of special divisions,
armies and polices
- Achievements as the judge at competitions on Combat
Ju-Jutsu
- Achievements as the organizer of actions, seminars,
tournaments and competitions on Combat Ju-Jutsu, and
in business of development and distribution Combat Ju-Jutsu
in the world
- Achievements in carrying out of scientific researches
and preparation of scientific works (books, clauses(articles),
sketches, dissertations and so forth) on Combat Ju-Jutsu
as to a subject of scientific researches, systems of
preparation of pupils, sportsmen and fighters, ordering
of knowledge and experience in subject Combat Ju-Jutsu
in the theory.
It is necessary to note, that at certification/examinations
on 1-4 Dan primary value it is given to a practical
part, i.e. demonstration of a technical arsenal, ability
to conduct fight, demonstrations of quality of self-defense
and to achievements in sport.
At certification/examinations on 5-8 Dan primary value
it is given to achievements in development Combat Ju-Jutsu
in the region, in education of pupils and judicial business,
sports successes of pupils of the master, to continuation
and development of traditions Combat Ju-Jutsu, organizing
work.
At certification/examinations on 9-10 Dan primary value
it is given to achievements in development Combat Ju-Jutsu
on a global scale, in formation and development of conceptual
bases Combat Ju-Jutsu, enrichment and formation of new
systems of preparation, the technical decisions, new
styles and author's schools, philosophical bases. And
also to a recognition of the given achievements of the
master the world community of Martial Arts.
The
order of carrying out of certification /examinations
CJJIF.
Certifications on masterful degrees are spent in conformity
with following sections:
1. The estimation of time of Combat Ju-Jutsu training
- is spent on the basis of the certificates of certification
recognized CJJIF, on the previous degree.
2. Demonstration techincs of Combat Ju-Jutsu
- certified shows the technical arsenal on not resisting
partner in the following order:
- Technics(Technical equipment) of attack
- Protection against captures
- Protection against attacks by impacts
- Protection against armed attack (a knife, a stick,
a cord, a fire-arms)
Efficiency of execution(performance) techincs, dynamics(changes),
the control of the contender, the control of balance,
and clearness is estimated(appreciated).
3. Demonstration of a personal complex - the
given section includes demonstration of elites techincs
and their efficiency at limited, but more real contact
to the contender. Universality and efficiency of application
of a personal complex is positively estimated(appreciated)
at use by contenders of various attacking actions.
4. Demonstration of technics(technical equipment)
of Self-defense against several opponents - is used
system with four contenders located on four parties(sides)
from certified and attacking serially, but in the different
order on a command(team) of the referee with a homogeneous
ritm of attacks. An interval between an attack as much
as possible short. Four kinds of attacks for 2 minutes
on each kind are used: attack by a knife, 2) attack
by a stick, 3) shock attack, 4) attack by capture with
transition to suffocation, a throw and the painful control.
Efficiency of application techincs in conditions of
the maximal pressure, a minimum quantity of time and
constant movings, leaving(care) from a line of attack
and invulnerability certified is estimated(appreciated).
The estimation is made on ball system with loss of points
at erroneous actions certified. Loss of 15 points from
100 is supposed.
5. Conducting fight - certified spends repeated
fights with varying contenders of an equal class in
3 categories. Kumite - free fight in gloves by official
rules Combat Ju-Jutsu. Randory - fight without gloves,
with restriction of impacts by hands in a head. The
Ne Wasa - struggle in an orchestra. Time of each fight
of 2 minutes. Ability to conduct fight in conditions
of strong weariness is estimated(appreciated). Quantity(amount)
of fights on masterful degrees 10-20 in each category.
6. Conducting fight against several contenders
- certified spends 1-2 fights against 3х-5х contenders
during 3х-5х minutes. Preservation of fighting capacity
is positively estimated(appreciated).
7. Achievements in sport - it is estimated(appreciated)
successful performances(statements) at official competitions
in view of a level of the given competitions, quantity(amount)
of participants and qualification of sportsmen.
8. Trainer's achievements - the quantity(amount)
and a qualifying level of the prepared pupils of the
given master, their achievements in sport, opening of
own groups and creation of branches of school by them
in other regions is estimated(appreciated).
9. Achievements as the trainer-adviser of special
divisions, armies and polices - the estimation is made
on the basis of recommendations and the estimations
received from army, police sources, sources спец. Divisions
and the security companies which employees have on a
regular basis training preparation at the given master
and apply the received knowledge on Combat Ju-Jutsu
in the professional work.
10. Achievements as the judge at competitions on
Combat Ju-Jutsu - is positively estimated(appreciated)
active and regular participation of the master as the
main thing of the judge of competitions, the referee
or lateral judges at official competitions CJJIF. As
the main thing of the judge of official competitions
the master not below 7-th Dan, the referee - not below
3-rd Dan, lateral judges of the master not below 1-st
Dan.
11. Achievements on development Combat Ju-Jutsu in
the world - work of the master on popularization
Combat Ju-Jutsu in the world, to opening of new centers
Combat Ju-Jutsu in different regions, educational work,
carrying out of student's seminars and the master of
classes, quality of the given seminars, the organization
and carrying out of competitions and training camps
is estimated(appreciated). Scientific works and development
in training techniques and techniques of preparation
of sportsmen, fighters, masters Combat Ju-Jutsu. The
estimation is made on the basis of documents given to
certification committee of CJJIF and on the basis of
a recognition of merits and granting of recommendations
of other masters Combat Ju-Jutsu of highest levels.

Dan. Recommendations of 3 masters not below 9-th Dan
are necessary is given.
10 Dan
It is appropriated (given) in unusual cases:
The Master becomes the lineal heir and the Head of traditional
School Combat Ju-Jutsu. The Master becomes the head
of the large recognized international organization as
a result of election as his Board of directors For the
big contribution to development of Fighting Arts to
the world, confirmed Grandee masters of other directions.
The commission - 3 masters Combat Ju-Jutsu of 10-th
Dan. Recommendations of 3 masters not below 10-th Dan
are necessary is given.
