method of instinctive self-defense Introduction.
All history of mankind - history of a survival during the various periods
of development of a society. It concerns and to the period of infinite wars, and

life completely depends on a condition of the technical progress, the comfortable
habitation, products in shop, etc. It first of all result of long struggle for
existence, as a result of which each person living in this world, has received
all necessary qualities to be the winner in the life. It is necessary to feel

methods of preparation for reflection of a physical attack in a daily life. .
General provisions The method of instinctive self-defense has arisen
on the basis of long-term practice of employment by hand-to-hand fight and various
kinds of single combats, first of all a ju-jitsu and sambo-wrestling. Our pupils,
basically professional security guards, workers of power departments and the sportsmen
achieved certain successes in struggle, boxing, karate, repeatedly applied this
technics. Conditions of application were various: at detention of dangerous criminals
and mentally abnormal people frequently armed; for neutralization of an attack
and detention of drunk hooligans; for reflection of unexpected attacks in the
street and in premises; in jails (from prison and from poorness); during military
conflicts in territory of the former USSR, etc. Then the technics has been adapted
and for the usual people which not engaged professionally and have been not protected
by an accessory to power or kriminalnym to structures. The principles, based
a method, are not what that revolutionary, they for a long time are known and
based many schools of hand-to-hand fight. The same concerns and to concrete techniques.
Even known masters have not thought up something essentially new in art of self-defense
for the last one thousand years, and have simply allocated separate principles
and technics for itself, that was effective in their execution and was then is
successfully realized by pupils of their schools. In conditions of a stressful
situation the person starts to operate instinctively. Thus it is not capable to
do complex movements. Its movements can be only simple, based on 2-C technical
elements and should correspond to actions of the person in a daily life of a house,
in the street, on work. To win, it is necessary to emphasize for three moments:
1. You should not be a victim which is protected. You - an aggressor, you
attack, even if you thus escape or are pulled out from fatal capture. It is
the important point. Before fight everyone solves for itself(himself) - the winner
it or lost. 2. At the moment of an attack it is necessary to begin movement
(action) at once. Let even these movements not always will be rational and optimum
for the given attack, but they should be. 3. The technics is natural and based
on those movements which are used by the person in a daily life. The technics
should be based on the minimal number " basic receptions " then she
will be instinctive. At the same time this technics should guarantee protection
against any attack (certainly, within the limits of a reality) and to enable uses
of any weapon. The strong stress (fear, anger, pleasure) can cause a birth
of superforce in the person (due to mobilization of internal reserves), and can
and completely hold down them, i.e. the person to become either the hunter, or
