Competitions are one major elements of a training
process.
Solve the problems. The primary objective of competitions is possibility to "do
some the work in complete force", due to rules limiting the traumatism of
fighters in the conditions of conditional critical situation and nervous tension,
caused official status of competition... Competitions allow to check up itself,
the economic, physical and psychological feasibilities and level is attained on
trainings An important aspect is participating in the competitions of fighters
of different level of preparation, it allows less experienced fighters to heave
up the level "working" with more experienced competitors, and for experienced
fighters to fill "breathing in the back" of the young generation. Participation
of representatives of different clubs and schools allows to create a competition
environment, stimulant development of both clubs and schools and all their representatives!
Rules were developed and passed check during the long period in numerous competitions.
Owing to the careful analysis of results of fights has been found necessary ballance
between real fight and minimal a traumatism.
Rules reduce to a minimum of
a mistake of refereeing. The victory is defined unequivocally and precisely.
Decrease in a traumatism and high objectivity of refereeing is provided with necessary
qualification of judges. They should have experience of fights by the given rules.
Participants of competitions should pass the qualifying selection confirming
their readiness for participation in competitions by these rules.

General provisions Competitions
are the major component of becoming of the ju-jitsu fighter, check of its moral-strong-willed
qualities and a technological level.
The management of carrying out of competitions
is carried out with a judiciary board in structure: the main judge, its assistant,
the main secretary and its assistant on each carpet, the judge on a carpet (referee),
the lateral judge, the timekeeper and the doctor.
The main judge appoints the judge on a carpet (referee), and judges, can remove
from competition of participants or the judge, to bear decisions under protests.
However during fight it does not interfere with actions of the referee, only in
unusual cases when there are disagreements between the referee and other judges.
Fight is served by a brigade
consisting of the judge on a carpet (referee) and two judges. The decision on
each moment accepts the referee, if necessary addressing to judges.
The lateral
judge shows gesture the opinion on each moment of fight.
Competitions are carried out on standard tatami or a wrestling mat.
On participants
of competitions necessarily on a body a jacket (judoga, sambovka), fastened by
a standard belt; on the bottom part of a body shorts, body stockings are supposed;
on legs sambovki, cheshki or barefoot.
Two
colors of belts - dark blue and red are used. The sportsman with a red belt becomes
to the right of the referee, with a dark blue belt - at the left.
Fight has
duration two minutes of pure time. One minute is if necessary added. If and thus
the winner fight proceeds before the first active action is not defined.
Fight begins a command "Fight", stops a command "Stop".
The winner is defined by a raising of a hand of the referee aside the gained sportsman
"Victory".
Competitions can be carried out as on Olympic system at the big number of participants
(up to one defeat), and up to two defeats, but thus sportsmen should not meet
among themselves two times. If sportsmen which already met in preliminary fights,
leave in the ending the result of the previous meeting is taken into account.
The main secretary checks applications of participants, does breakdown of
pairs participants of competitions and responsible for correct and precise registration
of the documentation of competitions.
II
Resolved and forbidden actions.
It is authorized to strike blows by a fist, a knee, by foots to a head in a trunk
and hips, to carry out throws, suffocating receptions, thus painful reception
with influence on fingers with the subsequent fixing on a wrist, an elbow or a
shoulder is authorized to begin painful receptions; to push out the opponent for
limits of a platform.
Drawing impact by a head open by a palm and fingers,
impacts in a backbone, a groin, a throat, eyes is forbidden, hips are lower; impacts
in full contact in position of an orchestra; dangerous throws on a head, with
rigid capture on the painful deputy
It is forbidden to do painful receptions
by jerk and the extension of a backbone.
III Definition of result of fight.
The pure victory is awarded in
the following cases:
- Drawing any resolved impact or a throw, the entailed
knockout, i.e. the sportsman be not capable to continue fight during time not
less than three seconds;
- Carrying out of painful or suffocating reception
as a result of which the fighter will submit a signal about delivery by a clap
of a palm on tatami or to the contender, or by foot about tatami; any shout of
the protected fighter at carrying out of painful or suffocating reception is accepted
as a signal about delivery;
- Drawing 2-3 impacts successively at fixing
the opponent in struggle laying when it is not capable to be protected from these
impacts and under condition of sufficient amplitude of impact;
- At a triple
output of the opponent for limits of a platform both stops because of actions
of the fighter;
- At refusal of the opponent to continue fight.
The victory is awarded:
- At
impossibility to continue fight owing to reception of a trauma on the conclusion
of the doctor; if the trauma is received as a result of application of the forbidden
reception that a victory awarded to the sportsman received a trauma, however,
the decision on its further participation in competitions is accepted by the main
judge on the conclusion of the doctor; the sportsman broken corrected it is disqualified
on the given competitions; if the trauma is received as a result of unintentional
collision to the sportsman received a trauma defeat is set off.
- At performance
of any active action (impact or a throw) as a result of which the opponent wastes
balance during additional time. IV
Requirements to participants
To competitions sportsmen the reached 18
years are supposed. By way of exception from the sanction of the doctor young
men 17 years are supposed is more senior.
All participants of competitions
should be made out by the application certified by the trainer and the doctor.
The sportsman can participate only in one weight category.
Sportsmen
are broken into the following weight categories:
Up to 65 kg
Up to 70 kg
Up to 75 kg
Up to 80 kg
Up to 87,5
kg
Over 87,5 kg.
